VISA AND DOCUMENTATION RESPONSIBILITIES
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate documentation including visas. We are happy to assist you in determining visa requirements wherever possible. Australian passport holders do not require a New Zealand visa unless they have a criminal record, or have a serious or contagious medical condition (e.g. Tuberculosis). For some countries, for example USA and Canada you are required to apply for an arrival visa, and will be required to be completed online.
Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, India and other destinations require you to have a visa to enter their country.
A word of warning: Ensure you use the offical sites for any visa or arrival visa applications as there are bogus web sites that either charge you extra fees over and above the standard costs or indeed provide fake visas in which case you would be denied entry. Our staff will be able to assist you with the correct information and official visa application sites.
