Ba Na Mountain is a part of Truong Son Mountain Range about 25 km southwest of Danang City. Perched out from Nui Chua at the altitude of 1,489 m above sea level, the hill station was first built as a recreation centre for the French colonial officials complete with such  supporting facilities as electricity, running water, hospital, post office, banks and hotels. During its heydays, it was known as one of the prime hill stations in the whole French Indochina. After the departure of French colonialists, Ba Na was left deserted and turned ruins due to the constant wars and it was not until year 2000 that it was awaken and put back to life with huge tourism projects that made it great again.

Pick up at your hotel lobby and head out to Ba Na Hill. Upon arrival, you will take a spectacular ride by the world record holding cable car to the summit. Attractions of the tour include Vong Nguyet Hill, Linh Ung Pagoda with the giant Buddha statue, the old French villas, Linh Phong top, flower garden, an old French cellar and you will also experience a ride by the hill climbing train (Funicular). Have free time for lunch (pay by yourself), and do not miss the famous Golden Hands Bridge .
